1-hour Consultation: KJR will meet with you to discuss your plans & ideas for your website. This service is provided free of charge. It is suggested that you have any artwork (including logo) and collateral materials readily available, a first and second choice domain name, as well as other website examples that have impressed you. If at the end of this session you are ready to proceed with a website, KJR can immediately begin work using this discussion as design guide.

Complete Website Design & Development: Utilizing the information gathered in the consultation session, KJR will proceed with the design of the site. The services are all inclusive and are detailed below. Scanning/Digital Imaging: All scanning of artwork or text is included in the hourly fee. KJR does not charge per scan. Audio and Video: All audio and video clips must be in an acceptable website form prior to installation. If not in acceptable form, a conversion fee is required. Technical & creative writing Unlimited Site Links: You can have as many links as you like. Utilize hyperlinks to connect internal web pages and to link your site to external websites. Website architecture: Includes Forms, Tables, Navigation, Pop-ups, Rollovers, Expandable Menus, Javascript. An example of all of these functions are located throughout KJR's own website and websites created by KJR. Visit our portfolio for more information. Graphics consist of color or black & white images, icons, buttons, text headers, lines, etc. KJR can use your artwork, clip art, or design original graphics for your site. The cost is the same to you. Your site is unlimited to the number of graphics it displays. Graphics do not include logo design. If you are in need of a professionally designed logo, KJR can make recommendations. Validation: KJR validates all web pages, checking syntax, spelling and navigation of links. Host Liaison: If KJR is not hosting your site, we will work closely with the host of your choice.

Mini-website:Consists of domain name registration for one year, website hosting for one year, 1 POP e-mail account, and up to 5 custom designed web pages (not from template).

Website Programming: Includes database driven content or server-side programming using technologies/tools such as PHP, JSP, ASP, PERL, and Cold Fusion; dynamic web pages- DHMTL; and Flash. Does not include javascript or javascript plugins.

Banner & Tile Design: Banners and Tiles are used to advertise your site, product or service on external websites. When clicked, they link back to your website. There is frequently a charge for advertising on the web. The fees will fluctuate depending on the traffic the website generates and the location placement on the site. Sizes vary according to the site's criteria. The average banner is 468 X 60 pixels the average tile is 120 X 120 and can be either animated or static.

Maintenance: Once your site is launched, KJR suggests that it be updated periodically so that the information does not become static. Keep your site fresh and current to keep visitors returning. KJR offers a variety of maintenance contracts to fit your needs. Contracts can be 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. Monthly maintenance includes updates to existing pages such as calendar updates, employee of the month, press releases, program or product updates. KJR deems if the maintenance requested is extensive or redesign, in which case the maintenance fee will revert to the normal hourly rate. All maintenance must be paid in advance of services.

Maintenance Training: If you decide to update and manage your own website, KJR will come to your place of business and help you through the initial maintenance process. Computer and Internet access are required prior to maintenance training. KJR will recommend the best software for your needs, give instructive graphics tips, provide a list of helpful online website design resources, and be on call for any questions you may have.
